My Background
I hold a Masters Degree in counseling psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and am a registered marriage and family therapist intern (MFTi #53145), at an advanced stage of the licensure process, working under the supervision of Dr. Paul Bowman, Ph.D. I have worked in various psychotherapy and intensive group process settings, bringing a level of personal maturity and self-knowledge to my work with clients.
I also bring to my psychotherapy practice more than two decades of well-established professional experience working face-to-face with individuals and couples in a variety of business, marketing, educational, editorial and artistic settings, both in the United States and overseas. My background provides me with a practical, hands-on perspective around the areas of livelihood, money and work-life balance. In addition, my own varied life experience and personal relationship history enable me to support clients who are in search of more meaningful and satisfying connections with others, while also working to uncover an inner psychological state that feels steady, authentic, and resilient.
Raised and educated in several European countries as well as in the United States, I bring a unique, multicultural perspective and sensitivity to my work with clients.
